Quick Creamy Chickpeas
Ingredients: - ¼ cup fresh onion, chopped - 8oz frozen chopped spinach - ¼ cup dehydrated sliced garlic - 2oz Sea Salt & Vinegar Kale Chips (crumbs) Directions: 1. Saute onion in a cooking pan until they become soft 2. Mix spinach and garlic into cooking onion until the liquid evaporates 3. Mashed Sweet Potato and Creamed Kale
Ingredients: 2 cups water 1 sweet potato, chopped 1 pack of Vegan Cheese Kale Chips (3oz) Directions: 1. Lay Kale Chips on the bottom of a bowl and set aside. 2. Boil sweet potato in water until they are tender and enough to mash. 3. Put boiled sweet potato into same bowl that has Kale Chips prepped. 4. Mash boiled sweet potato. What happens is Kale Chips absorb the leftover liquid from mashed sweet potato. Mashed sweet potato becomes thick as Kale Chips becomes creamed kale. Serve. Nom-nom!
