Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 sweet potato, chopped
1 pack of Vegan Cheese Kale Chips (3oz)
Directions:
1. Lay Kale Chips on the bottom of a bowl and set aside.
2. Boil sweet potato in water until they are tender and enough to mash.
3. Put boiled sweet potato into same bowl that has Kale Chips prepped.
4. Mash boiled sweet potato.
What happens is Kale Chips absorb the leftover liquid from mashed sweet potato. Mashed sweet potato becomes thick as Kale Chips becomes creamed kale.
Serve. Nom-nom!
