- 1 and 3 tablespoons of nut milk + 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons light olive oil OR your favorite vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons of Bob's Red Mill egg replacement
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of New York Naturals Raw Kale Powder
